Quick reference for everything this site can do. The floating gear icon in the top-right corner opens the settings menu.
Basics
- Dark mode: click the moon icon in the left toolbar. Your choice is remembered.
- Reader mode: click the book icon in the left toolbar, or open the gear menu and pick auto / on / off.
- Popups: hover any internal link to preview the target page in a floating window. Disable them from the gear menu, or from the eye-slash icon on any popup window.
- Search: click the search box in the left toolbar, or press
Ctrl+K.
Popup windows
Hovering an internal link opens the target in a small window. Windows persist until closed, so you can stack several previews side by side.
Title bar, left to right: close, maximize, minimize, pin, then the page title. The eye-slash icon at the far right of every window disables popups site-wide.
- Drag: grab the title bar and move the window anywhere.
- Resize: drag the bottom-right corner.
- Maximize: click the maximize icon to fill the screen; hover it to reveal a 9-grid and snap the window to a half or quarter of the screen. Double-click the title bar for the same effect.
- Minimize: collapses the window to a tab at the bottom edge of the screen. Click the tab to bring it back.
- Pin: keeps the window marked as pinned so you know it matters; pinned windows stay put while you browse.
